Brian K. Dudley
Brian retired as Lieutenant of the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division in Virginia with 25 years of law enforcement experience. Brian spent 18 years as an investigator and specialized in crimes against children. He has worked hundreds of child abuse and sexual assault investigations in his career. Brian is a forensic interviewer and has interviewed hundreds of children all over Central VA. He is also a graduate of the VA Department of Forensic Science Academy and has worked dozens of homicide scenes and various other crime scenes over his career. He is also a licensed Polygraph Examiner.
During Brian’s L.E. career he received multiple Campbell County S.O. Commendation Awards, Meritorious Service Award, Emergency Service Award, MADD Award and Distinguished Service Award. He also received a National Victim Rights Award for his work with child victims. In 2015 Brian received the VA Department of Forensic Science Award for best CSI work in VA. Brian has been an instructor/evaluator at the Central VA Criminal Justice Academy for the past 17 years. He also instructs CSI techniques at Liberty University since 2013.
